Do I need a level test before enrolling?

Yes for language courses, unless you are a complete beginner. The test is free and takes 20 minutes at a branch or on a video call. Digital courses and beginner courses need no test.

How big are the groups?

Between 8 and 12 for adults, a maximum of 8 for kids’ groups, and 8 for Arabic for non-native speakers.

What if I miss a class?

Online classes are recorded and available for 14 days. For in-person classes, you can join the same lesson with another group that week if there is a seat.

Do I get a certificate?

Yes, an academy certificate showing your level and hours. IELTS and TOEFL are official exams booked with test centres, and we help you book them.

Can I switch between online and in-person?

Yes, once per course and free of charge, depending on seats in the new group.

How do you look after children at the branch?

Every kids’ class has a teacher and an assistant, and children are only handed over to the registered guardian or someone they name in advance.

What is the refund policy?

A full refund before the second class. After that, we convert the fee into credit for a course within six months.
